Student Supplies Makeover from The Container Store

The Container Store is my organizational heart’s happy place, but the closest one to me is in Texas. So you can imagine my excitement when I heard they were coming to Oklahoma!! Then, they asked me if I wanted to pick out some products and makeover a section of my classroom and I literally was jumping for joy!! My student supply area is always a hot mess, so I knew I needed to revamp that area. After searching their easy to use site, I came up with the following items…

Rustic Driftwood Mercer Entryway Storage Bench

Rosegold Wire Wall Grid & Components

Desktop Storage Baskets

Y’all know I thrive on creativity, so I wanted to do something outside of the box. I was searching for something farmhouse-vibes, so when I spotted the entryway bench, I knew I had to figure out a way to make it work in my classroom.  A seating option plus storage? YES PLEASE! The Container Store has so many products that are versatile and can be used in a number of creative ways! I checked out the dimensions of the pull out drawers and found baskets to fit for the supplies to go in. Here are some more detailed pictures of the setup.

When I saw the grids, I got alll the heart eyes. I love pieces that you can change up and redecorate. Along with being totally functional for storing supplies, these will also be so perfect to decorate seasonally, highlight student work, and display encouraging quotes.

I love this sweet little spot in my classroom. So functional for my students to replenish the supplies they need at their table AND super cute! Huge shoutout to The Container Store for this wonderful makeover! To all my OKC peeps- Be sure to be at the GRAND OPENING of The Container Store on Saturday, September 15th!!
